AI that writes in your brand voice: blog, LinkedIn, Meta.
Pilcrowa maps your company as an entity and grounds every piece of text in it: blog posts land in WordPress as drafts, LinkedIn posts publish straight to your profile, Meta captions and visuals get prepared. Every percentage and price in a draft is checked against the sources we gathered — that is what it takes to be quotable, to an answer engine and to a reader alike.

Generic AI content no longer works.
The same content as everyone else
Text produced by a tool that knows nothing about your company says nothing about you: the same sentences circulate across thousands of sites. Google notices, and so do the answer engines — neither picks you as the source.
Copy-paste chaos
Generate, edit, format, move to WordPress, adapt for LinkedIn… Every piece is hands-on, manual work.
Writing the same idea three times
Blog, LinkedIn and Meta each have their own tone, length and rules. Most tools only produce blog posts — you rewrite the rest from scratch.
Not just blogging — LinkedIn and Meta too.
Three separate content flows — none of them born from one shared brief. Each runs with its own voice, format and publishing target — yet a piece finished in one channel moves to another in a single click.
Blog + WordPress
You connect WordPress once, at the account level. The SEO-ready blog posts — images and metadata included — land in your site as drafts.
- Original posts grounded in your entity profile
- Automatic images and SEO metadata
- One-click WordPress draft
It learns the author's voice — person or company — writes scroll-stopping hooks, and publishes straight to your LinkedIn profile.
- Person or company voice profile
- Timely topics, backed by web search
- One-click share to your personal profile
Meta
Pick your goal — engagement, awareness or sales. From your brand profile it produces content ideas, captions, hashtags and a 4:5 feed image you can copy or export.
- Goal-driven caption + hashtags
- Caption variants and Story ideas
- Scene-by-scene video script
Bring the text you wrote, let Pilcrowa fix it.
The Review module generates nothing: you paste the text you already wrote, or upload it as a document. It works in two layers — a live score that runs as you type and spends no credits, and a deep review you trigger yourself that returns sentence-level suggestions.
Live score — 0 credits
A score out of 100 as you type, plus four sub-scores: readability, originality, concision, structure. A rule engine computes this layer, not AI — the same text always gets the same score, and none of it touches your credits.
One-click fixes
Filler words, wordy phrases, duplicated words, double spaces, punctuation slips: flagged in place and fixed in one click. For long sentences, clichés or wall-of-text paragraphs it leaves the call to you and explains how to fix it.
Deep review
An editor's eye, run when you ask for it: clarity, flow, tone, grammar, concision, structure and — if you picked a company profile — brand voice. Every finding arrives as “replace this with that”. You can steer it with a focus: “persuasiveness”, “more formal”.
No suggestion that can't be applied
If a suggestion can't be matched to your text word for word, you never see it — there's no finding that does nothing when you hit “apply”. Suggestions preserve your claims; they never add a number, date, name or source. And when you edit, stale suggestions get flagged.
Turkish and English, separately
Sentence-length thresholds, cliché and filler lists are defined per language, and the module infers the language from the text itself. Rules that can't be detected reliably (like passive voice in Turkish) were left out of the engine on purpose — you don't get false alarms.
After the review
You can also revise the whole text by instructing the AI; every version is kept and you can roll back. When it's done, export it as DOCX, PDF, HTML or Markdown — or convert the reviewed text into a blog article, a LinkedIn post or a Meta caption in one click.

Spread one piece across three channels.
Turn a finished blog post into a LinkedIn post, or a LinkedIn post into a Meta caption. Not copy-paste: the target module starts fresh content and rewrites it under its own rules — length, hook, hashtags, SEO. Text you've run through a review can be converted too.
Content repurposing
Repurposing itself costs no credits: you only pay the normal price of generating in the target channel. A snapshot of the source is copied over and the original piece stays untouched.
It learns your company first, then writes.
Pilcrowa analyzes your website and documents to build your company's entity map: services, locations, team, frequently asked questions, brand language. Both blog and LinkedIn content draw on this map — which is why it's unique to you and builds authority. That same map is exactly what an answer engine needs in order to know your brand: who you are, what you do, where you are, and which question you answer.
Three flows, side by side.
Blog → WordPress
- 1Introduce your company: connect your site, upload your documents.
- 2Pick one of the topic suggestions tailored to your company.
- 3Approve the brief; let AI write the post and generate the images.
- 4Send it to WordPress as a draft, review it, publish.
Content → LinkedIn
- 1Define the author voice — person or company — from past posts.
- 2Choose a topic (timely, web-searched) and set its hook.
- 3Generate the body and image, then edit to fit your style.
- 4Publish to your LinkedIn profile in one click.
Idea → Meta
- 1Pick your company and let content ideas come from its brand profile.
- 2Set your goal: engagement, awareness or sales.
- 3Generate the caption, hashtags and 4:5 image; try the variants.
- 4Copy or export it, then keep going with Story ideas.

All your clients, one panel.
Create a separate company profile and LinkedIn author for each client, and manage blog, LinkedIn and Meta from one place. Cut per-client content work from hours to minutes.
- Client sign-off, no account
- Send the draft as a link: your client reads it and either approves it or writes what should change. The link is closed to search engines and revocable whenever you like.
- Team and roles
- Invite your team by email: an editor creates and publishes, a viewer only reads. Billing and membership stay with you.
- A WordPress per client
- The connection is set up per company, so a post cannot land on the wrong client's site.

Academic article module
Coming soonA separate module for long-form, cited writing is on the way. A short interview captures what you want to write, sources are gathered from a verified pool, the outline is built together with you, and the article is drafted section by section. Every claim is tied to a real source — the bibliography is generated automatically in the style you choose.

How does the LinkedIn integration work?
You connect your author (person or company) once; Pilcrowa learns the voice from past posts, writes the hook and the body, and once you approve, publishes straight to your LinkedIn profile. If you prefer, you can also save it as a draft on LinkedIn.
Are the blog, LinkedIn and Meta content the same?
No. All three are independent modules and don't come from the same brief. The blog is SEO-focused, long and goes to WordPress as a draft; LinkedIn is short, hook-driven and published directly; Meta works with a goal-based caption, hashtags and a 4:5 image. Even though they're built on the same company profile, the format, voice and goal differ. You can still convert a finished piece from one into another — the target module then rewrites it under its own rules.
Can it publish to Meta directly?
Not yet. For Meta it generates the caption, hashtags, a 4:5 image, caption variants, Story ideas and a video script; you copy or export the content and post it yourself. Direct publishing is on the roadmap — it already works for WordPress and LinkedIn.
Can I have my own writing reviewed?
Yes. Paste your text or upload a document (DOCX/PDF): as you edit you get scores for readability, originality, concision and structure, and every warning is a one-click fix. The deep review adds concrete sentence-level suggestions on argument, flow and tone. You can then convert the reviewed text into a LinkedIn post or a blog article.
When will the academic article module launch?
The module works, but it's in closed testing right now and isn't part of the credit plans. It produces cited long-form content (APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE) and ties every claim to a verified source. Write to us if you'd like early access.
Do I own the generated content?
Yes, you fully own the copyright to all your content.
Will Google penalize the content?
Pilcrowa doesn't produce generic text; it creates original content fed by your company's real information. Even so, every blog post arrives as a draft, so the decision to publish is entirely yours.
Are languages other than Turkish supported?
Yes. The interface is in Turkish and English, and content is generated in the language you pick in the brief.
Does the trial require a credit card?
No. Sign up and start generating right away.
Blog, LinkedIn or Meta? All three.
Introduce your company once and let Pilcrowa handle the rest — your blog, your LinkedIn post and your Meta content, all ready.
