What is a credit and how is it spent?
A credit is a single balance: posts, images, revisions and reviews all draw from the same pool. Cost is per run, not per output — regenerating an image you didn't like costs another 3. Topics, briefs, hooks and stock images cost nothing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: every new account gets a one-time 10 credits, and we don't ask for a credit card. That's enough to produce a real post with its image and a revision. Trial credits DO NOT renew monthly — once they're gone you'll need a plan to continue.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing cycle and are topped back up to your plan's amount. The cycle isn't the calendar month: it's anchored to the day your plan started (start on the 10th and it renews on the 10th). Top-up credits are the exception — they don't expire at the end of a cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The action stops before it starts and we take you to an explainer page: how many credits it needs, how many you have left, and when your balance renews. If a generation fails or is interrupted, credits are refunded automatically — you never pay for a failed run. If you don't want to wait, you can buy top-ups or upgrade.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Message us from the contact form to upgrade, downgrade or switch and we'll apply it the same day. On upgrade a new billing cycle starts and your credits move up to the new plan immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime — there's no commitment. Your account stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and you keep using your credits; it simply doesn't renew after that. Everything you've produced stays in your account and can be exported.
What's your refund policy?
Within 7 days of your first payment, if NO credits have been spent on your account, we refund it in full — just message us from the contact form. Once credits have been spent, that period isn't refundable; this is exactly why we give you free trial credits to use before you buy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Do prices include tax?
No, listed prices exclude tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your country and shown as a separate line on your invoice. Your invoice is issued by Fosync in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
How much do I save on an annual plan?
On an annual plan you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — 2 months free. That's C$19.98 a year on Starter and C$119.98 on Pro.
How do I pay?
Pick your plan and pay by card — your account opens instantly and your credits are ready to use. Payments run through Stripe; we never store your card details. Your invoice is emailed to you and can also be downloaded from the Subscription page in your account.
Do I own the content I produce?
Yes. The text, headlines and images you generate are yours to use commercially. Stock photos remain under the provider's (Pexels) licence, and the attribution line is added to your exports automatically.
How much content is 40 credits?
The Starter anchor: 4 long blog posts a month — each with an AI image, a revision and a deep review (9 credits). The same budget buys 20 medium or 40 short posts without images. Using stock images spends no image credits at all.
