1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the data controller Fosync within the scope described below. Contact: info@fosync.com

2. Data processed and purposes

Identity and contact data (name, email), account and usage data, and the content you create are processed to provide the service, manage your account, run content generation and publishing, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the data controller's legitimate interests.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared only as necessary with the infrastructure, AI and payment providers used to deliver the service (e.g. hosting, content generation, card processing), with appropriate security measures. Some of these providers may be located abroad; any transfer abroad is made under Article 9 of the KVKK and only to the extent necessary to perform the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number is never transmitted to or stored by us. Payment and invoice data is retained for at least 6 years as required by tax and accounting law, and deletion requests cannot be met for those records during that period.

5. Your rights (Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damages. You can submit your requests via the email address above.
